Tis the season for bringing families together. 
Ben Affleck andJennifer Garner are spending Christmas together as a family with their three children, sources tell PEOPLE. 
Since announcing their split in June, the two vowed to put their children first and continue to spend time together as a family – and with the holiday season in full swing, the amicable exes are having a white Christmas together in Montana.

A source tells PEOPLE that the former couple and parents to Violet, 10, Seraphina, 6 and Samuel 3, arrived in the Big Sky state on Monday. 
Affleck and Garner, both 43, have continually worked to put their differences aside and focus on what's best for the children – especially when it came time for the holidays. 

"[Garner] wants to get along with Ben for the kids’ sakes," a source close to the couple told PEOPLE. 
The pair, who have both been living on the same estate in L.A., celebrated Thanksgiving together with their kids, and were joined by Affleck's side of the family 

"They spent it as a family unit – all for the kids," said the source. "They had a great time." 
And while Affleck has been busy filming his latest directorial effort, Live By Night, which he also stars in, the actor is happy to take a break to spend time with his family. Over Thanksgiving, a second source told PEOPLE he "looked very happy all weekend" and "spent a lot of time at the family house."
